finally, the last day is coming

Today was the last day of this semester...so sad...
I am very glad to have such nice classmates and teachers...Days in the Leap, especially in Leap 4A, have given me a great experience to practice English as well as to know cultures of other countries. I am gonna to miss everyone in the future... Hope we can get together frequently and share the university life with each other...or may be we will meet on the campus and chat for a while....I am so excited about having so many friends from different countries!~~

Wish everyone will do a great job after leave the LEAP.. and GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

P.S:
Today was also a sunny day... I can feel summer is coming! Everyone was wearing shorts and T-shirts. Everyone on the campus was like just back from Hawaii....

just a random blog

I am so nerious about the finals. I am afraid of nothing to write in the writing exam, not understanding the article in the reading exam, missing information in the listening exam and misunderstanding the question in the oral exam.... Oh, my god... what should I do to reduce my nerve? I am planning to do nothing on Sunday but just relax.... also I think I should stay at home and study to get well prepared. Any suggestions, guys? I am not confident....

Another aspect that makes me nervious about exams is "accidents". I mean there are often some small tribles annoying me whenever exams are there., like missing the bus, my watch stopped or forgot to bring pens before the exam, and missing questions, not following the instruction during the exam...... Luck never be with me....

P.S:
Today, Loreta, Leslie and I talked about our great plan visting Banff or somewhere else. Actually, Loreta had invited me to the "Dragon City"(Not the mall in Chiantown. I don't know the correct name) when we were in the Leap 3, but our trip got stucked because of the weather and exams.... BUT, very soon we will fulfill our plan~~can't wait....

The final is coming....everyine must be nervious, so am I. Hope my dear friends gonna do well in final exams! Besides, let's keep in touch after we leave LEAP!! so lucky am I to have this class studying and talking together, sharing each other's culture and helping each other....

Such a kinky weather

The weather in Calgary is sort of weird... I mean it's already April now...and it's snowing outside... My Mom called me yeaterday, and she said that Beijing is quite warm and sunny. Everything is turning into light green, and it's a comfortable spring month. When she asked me about the weather here, I said everything is white and Calgary has no spring....just long winter and short summer.
The temperature is going up and down every week... I remembered that on the first orientation day, an instructor said to us that if you donnt like the weather here, just wait for 5 minutes...A friend of mine, who has stayed in Calgary for couple of years, told me that donnt be tricked by the shining sun in the morning. You might experience summer in the morning and winter in the evening, or it also might snow when the sun is shuning brightly.....

Hope summer is coming soon..........
